private
venue elopement

why is this a separate package?

   Our standard public elopement packages include relatively simple coordination. We work with a fixed list of public locations and simple timelines. A private venue elopement is different. We usually need to coordinate directly with the venue, arrange photography permissions and reorganize the schedule for the entire team. In most cases, couples who book a private venue also want getting ready coverage. They also want a content creator for the full day as well, because if you’re getting married in a 5* Paris hotel or a private château, every moment deserves to be captured.
   The coordination is also much more complex At a public location, we usually hold the ceremony, take portraits, and then move on. At a private venue, the ceremony is only one part of the day. We often photograph the getting ready, portraits throughout the venue, both indoors and outdoors, in the gardens, inside the rooms, and around the property. Our officiant also stays much longer, arriving in advance to coordinate with the hotel or venue staff and make sure everything is ready before the ceremony begins.

all the options from our
all-inclusive packages, plus?

This isn’t simply the same package with a higher price because your wedding venue is more expensive. The package includes additional services and significantly more time from our team. For example :

-More time from our team to discuss the day in detail and do the styling, choose places and decorations if needed;
-Extra time from the officiant, who often stays at the venue for 1,5 hours instead of the usual 30 minutes. Private venues require more coordination, arriving earlier, and spending more time assisting during the ceremony itself;
-It also includes a separate content creator;
-As well as more photography coverage. Couples getting married at a private venue usually want getting ready photos, bridal morning coverage, dress details, portraits throughout the property, and much more;
-Drone shots if the location is outside of Paris;

In other words, it’s NOT simply a higher price. The package includes more coordination, more planning, more content creation, more photography, more styling, and more preparation. Every private venue also requires a custom approach. We need to choose the best photo locations within the property, adapt the timeline, and style the day specifically for that venue.

A private elopement is fundamentally different from a public-location elopement, and bringing it all together requires considerably more work from our entire team. That’s exactly what this package is designed to cover.

from €4,500

Our baseline package for a private venue in Paris starts at €4,500. To give you a general idea, most private elopements fall in the €4,500 to €5,000 range. This does not include the rental fee for the private venue itself, and it also does not include floral decorations.  If your venue is outside Paris, transportation costs for the team, and if applicable for your guests, would also be calculated separately.

Every private elopement is unique, which is why it’s impossible to create one fixed package that fits every situation. Instead, we’ve provided a general price range, and once we know your venue and your plans, we’ll be happy to prepare a personalized proposal and discuss all the details with you.

influencer approach : max photos and conent to post
for your social media

private approach, no faces are published

We usually have two types of couples who book exclusive venues.
The first is the influencer approach: couples who actively run their social media and want maximum content from their elopement, including both beautiful, perfectly styled photos and lots of video content for Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.
The second is the private approach: couples who care more about a smooth, well-organized experience and want their wedding to stay completely private, with nothing shared publicly unless they approve it.

So just let us know which direction feels more like you, and we’ll build the experience around that.
